Our return policy extends for a duration of seven (7) days from the moment you receive your item. If more than seven (7) days have elapsed since your purchase or the receipt of products via courier, we regret to inform you that we cannot initiate a refund or exchange for your order.

Furthermore, it must be presented in its original packaging, including all accompanying manuals and components. Please be aware that for RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS, a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the item's value will be applied. Products that are missing components such as manuals, partitions, or boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event that an item arrives damaged or non-functional during transit to your location, NO RESTOCKING FEE will be imposed. However, simply notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can have the package returned via our couriers which will incur no additional charges to you. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturer's defect or a result of damage during the initial transit, The Car Wizz will cover the cost of resending the item to you.
Certain categories of goods are exempt from return. Examples include Air Fresheners, Automotive Liquids, Waxes, or Car Care products. We also cannot accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or items classified as flammable liquids or gases.
Moreover, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Car seats and car coverings
- Steering wheel covers
- Some health and personal care items (e.g., seat cushions, back supports, etc.)
To process your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). For instance, items like headphones, car or home chargers, cables, etc., showing evident signs of use, or products that have been opened, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts, manuals, or packaging for reasons unrelated to our error may only qualify for partial refunds. Additionally, any return made more than 7 days after the delivery date is ineligible for processing.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or another selected payment method. This typically occurs within 3-7 business days.
Kindly note that refunds are not issued on the same day since the package or product must undergo inspection before approval can be granted. This inspection process typically takes approximately 3-7 business days from the receipt of the package or product.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
