Our policy lasts seven (7) days from receiving your item. If seven (7) days have gone by since your purchase or receipt of products by a courier, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as it was sold to you including all manuals etc. For RETURNS, EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS REQUIRES A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% of the item. Products missing items such as manuals, partitions, boxes etc, cannot be return or exchanged.
For items that may be broken or not working in transit to you, NO RESTOCKING FEE will be charged. Please note that all delivery cost/s to send the package back to us is paid by you, however it can be dropped out at our Port of Spain location at no cost to you. If the item is deemed a manufacturers defect or broken while in transit to you the first time, the car wizz will re-send it back to you at no cost.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain goods such as Air Fresheners, Automotive Liquids, Waxes or Car Care products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
Car seat and car covering, steering wheel covers, some health and personal care items e.g. seat cushions, back supports etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back with the Courier or Shipper. A request needs to be submitted online via our website first before orders and refunds can be processed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) e.g Headphones, car or home chargers, cables etc with obvious signs of use, or products that has been opened or ANY item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, manuals, packaging for reasons not due to our error. Also any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable or available)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items found to be tampered with or damaged due to customer's negligence will not be refunded or exchanged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or another method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
*Refunds are NOT done same day since the package or product must be inspected and only then a refund can be approved which takes between approximately 3-7 business days from receipt of the package or product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 2-3 Frederick Street, Independence Square, Level 2 Excellent City Centre, Port-of-Spain , Trinidad & Tobago.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
